Gipson to promote, create, and initiate positive changes in the lives of children and widows in the United States and abroad. These changes will be implemented by providing better healthcare, housing, schools,
orphanages, medication, education and training.

At the tender age of nine Helen Gipson, saw a commercial on television that depicted starving with kwashiorkor. She was so moved/awe struck by the commercial she couldn’t take her eyes of the screen. A young girl, Helen, said to herself “When I become a grown woman I will help children so that no child will starve and be in that condition."
